The location was perfect. Close to all our activities and good food. The bed, pillows and shower were good. Staff were friendly and professional.

Parking was easy, easy and close freeway access, close to shops and restaurants. The beds/linens were SO comfortable. Thankful the rooms had options for constant fan as we need cool air/white noise to sleep. Loved that the pool was open until midnight.

The staff Cheyenne was such a sweet and Mazi my person. Even though she was working all day Christmas Day she still had a smile on her face and was so respectful and kind.

There is an amazing and extremely friendly employee named Cheyenne that works here. She was super welcoming and was excited to meet my pets and made sure we were all comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. It is a great location, great value, clean, and the people there were super nice.

This is my fifth (?) stay here. It is midway between my three girls and their families. University Parkway is a major thoroughfare, and has plenty of restaurants and shopping opportunities. It also leads to State St which has even more places to visit. The hotel is very clean. The breakfast is delicious, same things every morning, which is fine with me. I needed help with my computer and the TV. Two desk clerks (different nights) came and solved the problems. I requested no housekeeping through my stay, and that was honored. Very nice and friendly people work here.

nice facility, comfortable bed, nice breakfast (a second waffle machine would be great) and the staff was SO nice and very responsive to a couple of needs we had.

We have stayed here before and is close to where we wanted to be. Easy access to the freeway, is quiet, clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Employees all were above and beyond helpful. The maids awesome, the desk clerks awesome. Close to shopping and pizza hut and electronics / battery store, and Krispy Kreme donuts . The breakfasts - 6:30- 9:30- healthy- fresh fruit, eggs, sausage, waffles, bagels, muffins, toast, cereals, yogurt, coffees, teas, juices. The three of us were there 6 days. Wonderful experience. I could Live there.🙂
